Cezar Brian (C.B.) Mamaril is a Teaching Assistant Professor who joined the UIUC Department of Kinesiology and Community Health in the Fall 2019 Semester. He teaches the Health Finance and Health Economics courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level. C.B. obtained his PhD in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Kentucky and specialized in Public Finance and Budgeting and Financial Management of Nonprofit Organizations. He also holds a M.S. degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Virginia Tech. Before coming to the University of Illinois, C.B. served as a research faculty member at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health.
